As a REALTOR® and Co-Owner of a woman owned, independent Real Estate Brokerage serving NH Maine and Massachusetts, I am able to utilize my background and training, negotiation skills and networking to meet all your needs in this real estate market.
A native of New Hampshire, Kate Adler received both her bachelors and masters degrees in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University. A scholarship athlete for the Northeastern women's crew team, Kate began her first career in the human services field of our Criminal Justice system. Over the course of 19 years- moving frequently and working in five different states as the wife of a Naval Officer- Kate gained a wealth of knowledge and experience which continues to benefit her, as well as her clients, in her second career as a REALTOR®.
In her prior career she has served as a Victim Witness Advocate, Child Abuse Intervention Specialist and as an Education Specialist with the Department of Defense. Ultimately Kate served the former Executive Director of the Child Advocacy Center of Rockingham County and founder of the New Hampshire Network of Child Advocacy Centers. She was also a member of the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Task Force on Child Abuse and Neglect.
Kate prides herself on her listening skills, responsiveness, professionalism, follow through, along with her prompt attention to all of her clients' needs. She is someone who naturally excels at providing unsurpassed client service, whether it was as a human services provider or as your REALTOR® navigating the real estate market and all of its challenges with you.
Kate has always been actively involved in the community & school volunteerism, fundraising and especially youth sports such as field hockey, basketball, lacrosse and softball to name a few. As past Vice President of the Exeter Seahawk Youth Football team, she is very in tune with the needs of families with children and those planning to raise a family here in our community. Kate and her family are avid boaters and enjoy NH's lake region, water skiing, and snow skiing and beach time at the beautiful Seacoast beaches whenever possible. She has happily resided here in the Seacoast for over 21 years. Her husband and two children and new grandson share her love of New Hampshire and all it has to offer!
